A Journey of Breath and Sound

This session is in a beautiful and energetically powerful space of Scarborough Art Gallery. This historic building overlooking the sea on one side and an elegant Georgian Crescent on the other is a setting to calm the soul, in order to open to something outside of the everyday.

Sarah Jane will invite participation in clearing your energies using gentle movements, sound (through mantra) and breath. These will open your system to receive more of the sounds that will come next.

Jim and Esther will then channel Source energy to bring a symbiotic combining of voice and sound-bath where the sounds of the universe will become more present. The space where you will lie is a warm, safe and gently held environment to allow what might surface to align you with more of your soul, to arrive.
