

Get Evolved…
I am bringing a range of individual and group experiences in person and online for people to access the deeper spaces that hold keys to our evolution.
Evolving Door gives a flavour of these in 3 x short sessions delving into the energetically different spaces of heart and mind; unconscious levels of openness to the new; and capacity to connect – give and receive.
This sets people up to engage in one of the four areas within Spaces to Connect where 4 x series of sessions are inviting people into different ways to connect with the self, others, Earth and beyond. This brings the physical world into focus as well as the other energies. You can experiment with how this work helps in small outdoor Inspired Creating projects using re-purposed materials.
For those who feel they want to convene as a small collective, they can enter the Leading in Light either as a formed group or a group of individuals who want work with their energies in this way but aren’t connected to each other yet
Both these kinds of group (already formed or newly forming) can then choose to take their experiences into a creation project ( Existing Group Creation ), ( New Group Creation ). or not.
After we have several completed groups we can begin connecting their work, initiatives and experiences so a network of light can take it’s own shape as We Evolve.

What drives this work?
We Evolve was founded by Esther Hall (me) as an evolution from the work I had been doing on population level change, transformation of how we all live, work and grow and relate to each other.
It’s no surprise to say that great swathes of our society are disenfranchised, feel disconnected and even hopeless. In response many people are working to help this to change, with the recognition that the whole system is at play, and a simple solution is not possible.
People, including myself, who are not so tightly connected to existing bureaucracies or institutions have the freedom and motivation to bring together existing knowledge and experience of concepts and models for systems change and transformational change alongside knowledge and experience of methods and practices using electro-magnetic frequencies, energies and connections that are inside of us that emerge into the things we create outside of us. These two things together (existing systems knowledge and energetic know-how) bring a powerful and largely untapped or at lease unconscious way to bring the change we so need.

How did I come to this?
As I worked with the most forward thinking of concepts and models of systems and transformation in local organisations and environments, alongside thought leaders working globally on projects with these aims, I became aware of how things became skewed, did not work, even with this knowledge, experience and collaboration.
Some of what I learned

Even when working with a group of people energised, heart-led and agreeing and coalescing on a new way of operating, the system we are part of and the culture on the ground overwhelms these initiatives

Communities on the ground with the energy to initiate projects etc. become a fractal of the systems that holds the funding/controls systems of participation – so the community groups become the very system they often dislike and want to be different from.

Characteristics of some of those leading community efforts were parallel to the systems and institutions they existed alongside, with a hierarchy of individuals/groups, although not as obvious but having the same effect of marginalising through the systems and processes in place

There is a lack of understanding the importance of individual development in terms of self-awareness, emotional balance and an authentic and positive capacity to connect - in both layers of leadership (community and system)…This shows up as competitive, interaction and behaviour that comes from unconscious relational dynamics.

Many agencies, institutions and organisations working in this area are so intertwined with the energies of the systems that held an unhelpful status quo in place (albeit unconsciously), they too , to differing degrees, are fractals of the system they were trying to transform.
And so the same things end up being created in slightly different forms, with slightly different content but with no real lasting evolution

What could I do now?
At the same time as I was arriving at these awarenesses through experience, I was developing a new set of practices and explorations regarding energy – individual and collective. We know that our emotions and states of mind hold an electro-magnetic frequency.
We know that organisations and communities are made up of bundles of energetic frequencies that are we as individuals, groups and cultures are made up of. We know that this foundational energy is what becomes the core thread running through everything we create. And yet we do not work at this level.
I was exploring ways of working at the deeper levels of individuals and systems, reaching but not getting caught in the layers of complexity such as language, resources, history, trauma and the repeating unhelpful, even destructive patterns of behaviour.
I left the arena of bureaucracy and systems I had been working as part of, knowing that my I was not aligned with all that I was surrounded by, and that movement forward was impossible in those settings. I needed to completely remove myself. This resulted in my gradually extricating myself from groups, institutions, agencies and later even remove myself from all social media. This so that I could embody the energetic reset that I knew was needed, so I could come at this from a fresh and clear energy.

Energetic Reset
I experienced so much that was new and not cognitively led. Energies of sound, of movement, of Earth and of universal connection, of spaces within us that hold possibilities to transmute those patterns of behaviour. This transmuting and transforming of the energies that recreate the status quo over and over again - inside of us individually but also with a real emphasis of the importance of working energetically together – connecting at this deeper level as a pre-cursor to initiating projects of work, was becoming increasingly brought into focus.
To get the energy clear and aligned, of course not perfect but intentionally worked with as a start point, not an afterthought. Those ready to work at this deep level would suggest themselves, be drawn to this new way of understanding ourselves, others and creating from a space that transcended different language, resources, cultures and patterns – with this universal, non-cognitive, experiential work on energy.
Through my own development I was able to access more intelligences that showed me these internal structures and how to work with groups in these spaces to clear the energy for a creating process that yielded something entirely different, without the energies spinning all efforts back to the beginning again.
I learned to work with sound as a further medium that could reach beyond or underneath language, history, patterns to bring us into alignment allowing our individual differences to live freely at the same time as aligning with each other for what wants to be created.
I also learned to use the frequencies of certain geometries to situate a platform from which this work could emerge.
All of this and more, combined with all the concepts and models that I had used and that had brought us to this point showed me what might be possible. And so the blending of these models and approaches (systems and transformation) integrated with the work with energy are what I have brought together with the purpose of sharing and creating a container and methods for exploring how We (might) Evolve.

Who I share and work with?
Groups and individuals who are not so entrenched in the system, show a heart-led intention, are willing to embrace work which sounds so far from the ordinary, such as energy work, sound work, the deeper parts of ourselves are not common. This willingness alongside a grounded, real-life wish to put things in place, not just have a pleasant experience or develop a knowing, but to put this into action, to use this energy to bring something to life – into form.
I have explored working in many environments seeking this willingness to step outside of the system, with the commitment to seek change for the good of all, in manifested ways, in real life.
One such group that I have found to have the greatest predisposition to this combination are Community Interest Companies (in the UK). There may be other versions of this vehicle, but this hybrid of charitable, heart-led endeavour by those primarily wanting to do good, but also needing to support themselves, and operate in the world in a way that isn’t overly reliant on formal education, or reliance on procedures and structures of the system (whilst still being responsible and safe). Within this group there are inevitably those that I have mentioned that hold fractal energies of the system and end up controlling in the same way, but there are many who hold an energy of genuinely wanting to share, connect, and create something different.
This is not a hard line, but rather a way for me to identify and communicate with groups with these characteristics most readily, so we can begin the work. Funding for this work is also needed as many CICs or similar do not have the time or resource to access or include it.
I have set up a separate CIC myself ("Conscious Connected Creating") to bring this work to 18-24 year olds so that the career option to start something heart-led, with others, coming from a deeply aligned energetic place before creating can make its way into our psyche, bringing new ideas and a gradually clearer path to these outcomes as We Evolve. As our young people feel increasingly out of sync with the world they find themselves entering, this is to create a way into a new place they can see and feel themselves in, deeply.
