The need to work with whole systems when working toward transformational change, collective creation and aligned action for thriving is well documented, with many models and ways of structuring and understanding this work. As in We Evolve's "Leading in Light" course and material, there is an extra set of dimensions that are often missed . Most importantly, acknowledging that the energy we are starting from, individually and collectively, is what the project/initiative/organisation will inevitably become is vital. The conscious developing of the energy first - before anything else - is what our current systems and systems-working does not do,

Whole Soul Systems Working
It is beginning to be recognised by global organisations and networks seeking change that it is not enough to design and put initiatives and projects into place, even using the most up to date understanding of working in complexity using systems thinking.
These approaches are important and now the need for our INNER development - to consciously hone what goes on inside of us all as well - is starting to gather momentum.
As I have traversed these organisations, agencies and initiatives I see that their energies are not as aligned or do not prioritise the energetic aligning needed FIRST. Often connection to large bureaucratic institutions or systems, particularly regarding funding, can distort even the most conscious efforts for change.
WSSW brings the energetic alignment and the practices needed as a foundation for the rest of the systemic and organisational aspects to bed into and emerge from as it evolves.
Traditional Whole Systems
Whole Systems Thinking traditionally uses the idea of the nested layers of influence that affect any given situation or area of change. Usually with the individual at the centre, surrounded with family and friends, that is encompassed within a wider set of influences like institutions, clubs and the workplace. This is enveloped within societal and governmental influences.
A model that often sits along side is represented by an iceberg where the underlying belief systems are the basis for what eventually forms in the physical

WSSW recognises this and further brings a whole other set of layers that are not represented in any of these, and therefore are not addressed or worked with in traditional models.
There is an energetic/electromagnetic frequency that is held by the mental models,/systems structures/behaviours in the iceberg and the layers of the system one sits inside of, that needs to be accessed and worked with in order to access, in a pre-cognitive way, what is happening, repeating and exerting influence outside of our conscious awareness.
Whole Soul?
In other areas of considering change, the notion of complexity sits within the interactions and interdependencies of many constantly moving and changing elements...all at once. A further set of layers that are vital to getting deep change begin with the deep energetic parts within us, where patterns and structures of the unconscious are held without our usually knowing about them. The ways these affect and determine how we connect to others is a layer intimately connected with the self. This ability to connect then extends to the Earth - the place we live and all the energies that connect us to our place and deep places of our core being. And then, if our systems will allow us the freedom to connect with something bigger than all of this (a meta energy/universal energy), that offers us a perspective that perfectly supports our thriving....Then as we access all of these and incorporate them consciously and actively in the work we do together, we can begin to create something incredibly powerful and deeply resonant with our soul selves. And so this final extra-dimension is the difference that makes the difference....
What does this look like?
I work with those who want to bring real heart depth to the work they will do. The energy behind whatever the endeavour is, is the foundational force that determines how everything else unfolds. So working with these on different levels is the vital beginning that is so often overlooked or not even on the radar.
I will work with the energies of the physical place of those involved, with the individuals’ energies, and most importantly with the whole group together, as a collective energy.
Using a range of more mainstream systems, organisational development and transformation models including the Cynefin framework Theory U, adult development, Warm Data, Inner Development Goals, Heartmath....and more... integrated with methods and ways of connecting to levels of Self, Others, Earth and Beyond, brings a beautiful soulful approach that cannot be replicated by any other method. And from this place, we begin to create what wants to be born that incorporates the energy of the universe itself here in our physical world…
Using geometries, internal energetic spaces, meditation, sound, physical spaces in nature and more…we begin to tap into and consciously flow with these fundamental aspects of our existence in resonance with the soul as We Evolve through our creations.
I have a wealth of experience in whole systems thinking and transformational change, community and organisational development etc. as well as many years training and practice in a wide range of energetically based practices and approaches. Through all of this I have come to know the vital extra-dimension that we need to start with, as a basis for creating the world we want to live in.
