

Leading In Light
As the light shows itself at these different fractal levels (individual, collective and systemic) in the things we create, there is more that has been identified in the work of academics and professionals regarding how to cultivate leaders with an openness and awareness of the different levels of connection and their part in them.
There is a broadly accepted range of models of how adults develop. As they develop, they become attuned to more levels of connection (individual, collective and systemic), and sovereignty at the same time as openness are key features of how this shows up. We can say that sovereignty requires an understanding and acceptance of self, and we can say that openness allows connection and the merging of these two sets of attributes or ways of being brings open, yet discerning connection. Also in these models, is the clear assertion of higher levels of universal or spiritual connection as the adult becomes more developed.
Here is the point at which the model shows this more developed way of operating to include the extra dimension of universality, or spiritual awareness at the same time as the common applications in leadership (individual, collective and systemic) are removed from, resistant to and disconnected from this aspect.

Leadership
From my experience of working with these ideas at these different levels, it is clear that leaders are often not at a level of development that can incorporate or even acknowledge this extra dimension. Even if there are leaders who are, they often exist in situations where the constraint prevents their expression of these aspects of themselves, particularly with regard to their leadership role.
It has also been discovered and I myself have observed that there are a small percentage of people who are developed in these respects, and often those less prominent in hierarchies are more developed which leads to difficult and dissonant relationships and collective energetics, and therefore less than ideal practical creation qualities.
The question of how to provide experiences which help leaders to reach into these different awarenesses and capacities has been experimented with and explored. Often the use of a stretch project or a challenging objective that requires a re-framing of the world in order for these developments to happen within the individual, is contrived. The results of such exposures have been mixed, and are very difficult to set up, execute and to support what arises appropriately.

Connection
The use of an energetic approach (e.g. Leading in Light: Extra-Dimensional Leadership) using internal energetic structures, provides a clear process to surface, work with and transmute the blockages to these awarenesses within individuals who then affect collectives and systems.
This way of working also accelerates this process so that people can move through the stages of each obstruction more and more quickly. This is not to bypass the learning that is required to move through these, but a more clear method that normalises this work within at the same time as the effect on the work outside of the individual can be seen emerging over time alongside the realisations that occur.
Alongside this quick clearing process, there is a clear connection to the energetic and spiritual that is given the space to arise. This extra dimension brings further intelligences to the picture that may well hold answers that are not usually arrived at, because of all the reasons in the Leading in Light information page.
