About the event
This series of events will bring you into connection with your inner and outer joy. We spend so much of our life in our heads and online, these sessions are to bring us back to connection with ourselves, each other and our earth and beyond.
Each session will have a slightly different focus:
Week 1: Finding the joy in ourselves
Week 2: Finding the joy with others
Week 3: Finding the joy with the earth
Week 4: Finding our joy with the beyond
