About the event
The first four in-person group meditation sessions (5 - 26/01/26) are to bring you into a deeper connection with yourself. Questions such as what brings you joy, where does it get stuck, how can you stay aligned with your own soul, you own purpose? will be the subject matter.
The second set of four sessions (2 - 23/02/26) are to bring you into deeper connection with others. Questions such as how open you are to give energy to others, how open you are to receive energy from others, the ways these things show up in your life? will be the subject matter.
The third set of four sessions (2 - 23/03/26) is to explore connecting with universal energy in whatever terms feel comfortable to you...whether this be a sense of god, or ancestors or earth spirits, or stars, or galactic beings or everything in between, we will explore connecting to…
