These sessions allow us to develop our understanding of connection with others: our capacities, tendencies and underlying internal structures that keep these re-surfacing. The experiences of these sessions also give opportunity to step out of these patterns. The process explores how we connect within the group as we all learn together.
These will bring more awareness to connections outside of this group, into other relationship dynamics in our lives.
Connection with Self sessions are a useful starting point to bring insights that inform our Connection to Others.
